Guess what? I'm NOT the world's best guitar, and I don't pretend that I am either (unlike some other teachers out there). I don't have any agenda other than helping you succeed, so I strive to play things slowly and patiently, and work towards real comprehension, so that you benefit. 

I've never turned down a refund request (as long as it's within the 60 day window - and that's not even my decision, it's my credit card processor's policy).
