Getting there, but I find I have to drop the jam track into Song Surgeon and bring the tempo down to 90% to keep my solo up with the track.

That’s a great idea Melvin – sometimes that 10% drop in tempo makes a massive difference. I think you’ll find that when you’re able to consistently nail it at 90%, it won’t be too hard to bring it up to speed.
